Dr. Tung Nguyen grew up in Washington and is proud to be a triple Husky (Go Dawgs)! He earned his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington. After dental school, he practiced in public health and private practice as a general dentist for five years. He then returned to the University of Washington in conjunction with Seattle Children’s Hospital to earn his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and Master of Science in Dentistry. Dr. Tung is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Tung believes that it is a privilege and joy to help children learn, succeed and grow within dentistry. It is his personal mission to make each visit fun and educational for children and their families at Cascadia Kids Dentistry!

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tung loves spending time with family and friends, fitness, playing guitar, cheering on his Seattle sports teams, and exploring the outdoors with his wife, Cathy and their two Shiba Inus, Zoro and Yuna!
